Gear and racks uses grade Strenx 600 Plates. Strenx Gear racks are used to convert rotary motion to linear motion. The advantages of gear and racks is that its mechanical simplicity, large load carrying capacity, and lack of a length limit, among other things.
Strenx steel Gear and the rack are made entirely of iron ore with a minimum yield strength of 100ksi. These Gears are also ideal for applications requiring increased strength and weight reduction due to their higher yield strength than commonly used 50ksi minimum yield strength grades.
