Leading company Kamlesh Metal & Alloy provides the best range of industrial applications. We are supplier, stockiest and exporter of different products including the Piles and Infrastructure. We manufacture these Piles and Infrastructure in various specifications, material compositions, with different types of surface finish, various properties and features, thicknesses, dimensions.
Why Piles and Infrastructure are famous?
They are durable and affordable. The materials used for Piles and Infrastructure withstand the toughest surroundings and situations. The applications and system contain composite corner connectors, top caps, and walers.
Even though typical pilings are timber, steel, and concrete materials, they have a huge demand in manufacturing using composite materials. These Piles and Infrastructure consist of a corrosion-resistant polymer reinforced. A long-lasting and dependable alternative to traditional materials, primary elements in various structures, including docks, marinas, ferry landings, and waterfront fender protection systems.
Features of Piles and Infrastructure:
• Optimal Support
• Excellent Energy Absorption
• Easy Customization
• Cost Savings
• Exceptional Durability
• Lightweight Strength
• They are easily workable
Along with the features, our manufactured Piles have great mechanical and physical properties that are identical to used for different working sectors. They have great tensile and yield strength; their elongation is best. They are most likely to inactive for moisture or corrosive chemicals, and it’s well-suited for use in marine environments.
Working sectors of Piles and Infrastructure:
These piles are widely used in foundation works for marine structures such as ports and offshore platforms, urban civil structures, infrastructures such as oil and gas plants, bridges’ footings and abutments, and even as casing for concrete bored piles.
These are the wide range of working sectors where Piles and Infrastructure are used. They have great workability and comes with custom forms; hence they are used widely in different applications. They work flexibly and offer great outcomes range for various applications.
When the pile is exposed to elevated loads and great consistency is required, a large diameter RR pile is the finest option. Our adaptable large diameter piles production process allows for project specific dimensions. Using project-specific content thickness and steel grade in piles can result in cost savings. The simple splicing methodology for large diameter RR piles maintains high necessities for mechanical pile splices is an effective way to enhance piling productivity & foundation framework quality. SSAB produced welded spliced 45-meter-long RR piles.
When compared with other steel grades, the steel grade used for RR piles specially intended for piling allows for content savings of up to 25 to 40 %. Large diameter RR piles can also be manufactured with custom diameters and wall thicknesses and are commonly used in piers, as well as road & railway infrastructure, docks and quays, office and commercial buildings, manufacturing structures, and windmills.
Because of the fast and reliable mechanical pile splices, RR piles are well adapted for basis underpinning since pile length can be selected based on the configuration site and machinery prerequisites. Under limited access and clearances circumstances, piles up to 50 meters long have been built using RR pile elements 1.0 to 1.5 meters long. When the pile is subjected to elevated loads and high reliability is needed, a diameter RR and RD pile is the best choice.
SSAB’s RR and RRs piles, drilled and shaft grouted driven RR piles. It covers all pile sizes from RR75 to RR/ RD1200. RR piles describe the applications, materials, structures, and dimensions of steel piles.

The RD pile wall retains the wall solution based on RD piles developed by SSAB. The RD pile wall is specifically designed for difficult conditions, such as faster installation of shear structures and other base structures.
From SSAB’s extensive RD pile and steel grade scope, you can almost always select the perfect pile size and steel grade, allowing you to incorporate a preserving wall or foundation configuration with the best overall economy for all soil conditions and loading situations.
Large diameter RD piles are constructed with spirally welded high-quality steel pipes. The pile size ranges from 400 to 1200 mm.
The common uses of both, RD Piles are used in Bridges, as well as road and railway infrastructure, Piers and wharves, Buildings for offices and businesses, Structures for industrial use, Windmills. Our adaptable large diameter pile manufacturing process allows for the use of project-specific dimensions. Cost savings can be realized by using project-specific material thickness and steel grade in piles.
Piles manufactured to the length specified by the customer help to reduce on-site splice welding, resulting in significant savings in construction costs and time. Large diameter RD piles up to 39 m long without splice welds can be manufactured to order.
Large diameter piles are available in standard wall thicknesses and diameters. Without splicing, lengths of up to 39 meters are available.
