Kamlesh Metal & Alloy is a global supplier and stockist of Press Hardening Steel. Our company supply this steel all over the world at reasonable price. Our company offer this steel is a lightweight and eco-friendly material.
The details of Press hardening steel:
Press hardening steel is basically is a Carbon /Manganese steel. Press hardening steel undergoes a process of manufacturing in which the steel is heated to a minimum temperature of 850°C that can form a final shape in water-cooled dies that manage to cool and quench rates to ensure required qualities are obtained. The final product is classified as advanced high-strength steel and is multiple times more stable than the material prior to undergoing the hot stamping process.
The characteristics of Press hardening steel :
Components manufactured of Press hardening steel may do in one piece what would normally need stronger, thicker sections that are welded together because of the material’s unique qualities, which combine both complexity and toughness. Press hardening steels have very high yield stress and high strength. This press hardening steel is a corrosion resistant and steel has high strength.
Applications of Press hardening steel?
Press hardening steel is used in automotive industry for safety components. This steel is mostly used where intrusion resistance is required. This steel is used to produce car body due to its high safety and lightweight potential. It also used to is mainly used for producing passive safety components such as side impact beams, bumper beams and different types of reinforcement components.
