What are Hardox 600 Plates?
The martensitic wear plate HARDOX 600, which typically has a hardness of 600 Brinell, is quenched and tempered for use in extreme abrasion. Hardox 600 Plates come with a uniquely high impact of toughness. They are more likely to suit extreme wear conditions, and they can still be cut and welded, making them an excellent choice for high-performance applications. The alloy Hardox 600 is identified as among the choicest quality abrasion-resistant and wear-resistant steel available in the market.
Characteristics of Hardox 600 Plates:
Hardox 600 Plates are wearing plates with a hardness of Brinell. These plates and other products are ordered especially for severe wear conditions and compete with materials. These materials and procedures are high chromium white alloy fittings, Ni-hards, and hard facing. Notwithstanding Hardox 600 Plates, very high hardness is weldable and can be manufactured thermally cut. When it comes to hardness, the Hardox 600 Plates also have uniquely high impact strength.
Features of Hardox 600 Plates:
Hardox 600 Plates exhibit several features such as wear-resistance properties, higher mechanical and chemical properties, and others.
• They come with excellent corrosion resistant
• They have accurate dimensions and specifications
• Excellent finish
• Rustproof finish
• They are reliable to work with other applications
• High performance
Applications range where Hardox 600 Plates are used:
Our manufactured Hardox 600 Plates are suitable for various industrial sectors that include essential sectors such as sugar, paper, textile, dairy, and engineering. They are also used in complex industrial sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, fertilizers, and chemical industry. These are the wide range of industrial sectors where Hardox 600 Plates are used.
They come with different specifications and have different sizes, lengths, moderative strengths, and working properties. They work flexibly with critical-level applications as they have the versatility to work with different applications.
